| Q |
How
can I find building zoning requirements for my
new building? |
| A |
You
can find most city zoning requirements on the
Internet – for example, just type in "city
zoning requirements and your city," in your browser. |
| |
|
| Q |
How
do I obtain building permits? |
| A |
Call
or visit your county, municipal, or township
Building Inspector's office. We provide the required
drawings. There's usually a nominal fee for permits. |
| |
|
| Q |
Your
prices seem quite low. How do you provide high
quality at such low prices? |
| A |
For
one thing, we have our own lumberyard, right
here under the same roof as our One Day Garage
headquarters. For another, we have our own
staff of builders. We've developed the absolutely
most
efficient, least wasteful way to construct
your garage or outdoor building – it's
part of our family values and culture! We don't
waste our
time or your money looking for materials or workers.

|
| Q |
What
can I do to help keep my costs down? |
| A |
Do
the paperwork ahead of time: have a pretty clear
idea of what kind of building you want and what
you want it to do for you. Get the zoning permit.
And be flexible to suggestions about design and
materials. We'll save you money wherever we can! |
| |
|
| Q |
Why
do I need to visit your show room? |
| A |
You'll
want to see examples of our work. We want to
meet you, to learn what your needs are. And certainly
you'll want to meet us, so you can gauge our
capabilities, experience and integrity for yourself. |
